Our diversity committee has founded Diversity Now with the aim of driving the agenda of our 2019 commitment to equality with international targets of 40% women, 40% men and 20% flexible (women, men or non-binary persons), including all our diverse categories, by September 2025. These targets apply to Board, Committee Chairs, C-suite, Managing Director, Director and Heads of Function, senior business professional candidate pools for recruitment.
We will be running a series of research, thought leadership and invite only peer to peer, chapter specific and broader events during 2021, to support activities already underway. Our aim to move the needle on diverse representation in collaboration with our ecosystem partners, networked community and clients.
